Our flagship brand Club Mahindra offers members a 25 year vacation ownership based on a floating week, floating resort concept, which provides members the flexibility to choose a different resort and the time to holiday every year (with certain seasonal limitations) over the period of their membership. This unlike other timeshare products is not a property or deeded sale.

As part of our growth strategy, in addition to Club Mahindra – our flagship offering, we have also diversified our portfolio by introducing new shorter tenure vacation ownership, Zest, a corporate rewards & recognition program Club Mahindra Fundays, an exciting new holiday concept Mahindra Homestays and a travel facilitator Club Mahindra. Our fees include a membership fee which is paid at the time of enrolment as a member (depending upon the product & the payment plan selected by the member) as well as an annual subscription fee payable annually throughout the membership period for the maintenance of the resorts. The member also pays for use of various facilities and services at the resort, including food and beverages, spa facilities and services and certain holiday activities. We have provided our members with a fixed price structure and easy financing options thus providing value across.

We understand the unique holidaying needs of a family and in addition to providing well appointed apartments/cottages, we provide a host of resort specific amenities, such as restaurants, ayurvedic spas, kids clubs and a variety of holiday activities. We believe we have a key differentiator in the form of an integrated business model that includes member acquisition (marketing and sales), member servicing, resort creation and resort operation which result in the delivery of a complete holiday experience.

Launched in 1997, Club Mahindra today has 40 resorts and over 150,000 vacation ownership members. Members can choose to holiday at any of our fully operational resorts, for seven days each year, in a season and apartment type of their chosen entitlement. Our members also have the option of choosing to holiday outside their season and apartment of their entitlement by trading their season and days to move to a higher season with fewer days or a lower season with more days. There is further flexibility accorded to our members in being able to carry forward their annual entitlement, subject to certain limits. In addition, our members can choose to access a range of resorts globally through our RCI affiliation subject to them activating their RCI membership.

We launched Zest in November 2006, which targets young urban families for short break holidays. Zest membership currently entitles members the choice of holidaying at any of our Zest resorts, for six days each year, in a season of their choice, for 10 years. Club Mahindra Fundays was launched in October 2006 and targets corporate houses. We launched clubmahindra.travel in April 2007 to provide a one-stop shop for travel and holiday related services. We launched Mahindra Homestays in July 2008, which markets homestays to overseas and Indian travellers wishing to experience the real India by lodging with a host family in India.

MHRIL received several coveted distinctions, The Club Mahindra Kodagu Valley was voted as Asia’s second most favorite family holiday resort by Tripadvisor. Further, RCI has awarded 12 Club Mahindra properties the prestigious RCI Gold Crowns & also awarded MHRIL the prestigious RCI President’s award. Club Mahindra was also voted the Product of the Year 2012 in a survey by AC Nielsen covering over 30,000 respondents.
