On the international front, we present the majestic, magnificent Alps. Is it one of your dreams to have a snowball fight? Or to try your hand at skiing? Here is your opportunity! The details of Dharamshala, the Alps and more will unfold themselves to you via the pages of this magazine.

If you are anything like most of us, then this year must be even more hectic than the last! Whatever be the pace of your life, there are some things that I believe we all need to be ‘deliberate’ about. For instance, take some simple daily ‘deliberate’ actions that can, in a few months, greatly enhance the quality of our lives. A simple one-hour walk, or perhaps an exercise routine at home, spending quiet time for half an hour, drinking at least 8 glasses of water, spending uninterrupted time (no TV, no phone) with family – every day. And holidays? Yes, you got it. Holidays are just the same – they are a necessity, they are non negotiable, and they need to be ‘deliberately’ planned. It is amazing how our diaries can get quickly filled up with everything else. Be the captain of your ship this year. Fill your diary with the non-negotiable ‘deliberates’ and trust me; you can accommodate the rest around it! We are so delighted to be a part of your life that nourishes and enriches you and your family.
