To start with, let me introduce my family and myself. My name is Jayantilal B Kothari and my better half is Preethi, who came into my life 27 years ago. We have an elder daughter, Mona who is happily married to Chetan for about four years now. We have a younger daughter, Sonika, who is very fond of outings and travelling. Our youngest, our son Nikil, completes our family’s happiness, including my beloved parents.

Going on holidays and doing fun things runs in the family. The story of our Club Mahindra membership goes back to 1998. Our very first Club Mahindra holiday was to Shimla and Manali, a large group of us, comprising of family and friends. Our very first holiday experience itself was so awesome. We were astonished by the elegant interiors, the modern facilities, and the warm hospitality. The cherry on the cake was the New Year party arranged specially for us on request, where we had a rollicking good time at the Manali resort.

Next, Goa. My brother’s family, my daughters and cousins had an absolute blast at the amazing Varca Beach resort. This was eight years ago. I am told by my family that I have missed out on one of the best resorts that Club Mahindra has.

Mona and Chetan then went to Munnar and Poovar. They had a fantastic time there.

The next trip was to the Club Mahindra resort at Kodaikanal, a huge gang of around 20 of us. What superb fun it was! What great service! It felt like home there. The food was to our taste, absolutely delicious. You name it, they have it.

For my 25th wedding anniversary, a large group of us visited the Kodagu Valley resort at Coorg. Another outstanding experience with Club Mahindra, where you wake up to the invigorating aroma of coffee, surrounded by the most gorgeous landscape.

What was really special was that my 75-year old mother accompanied us and demands to go back again, as she just
loved the comfort and hospitality that she experienced. There was so much to do. The activity centre, gym, swimming pool, parties, cycling and so much more …

Our June 2008 stay at Lake View, Munnar was again an awesome trip. Sitting in the balcony, in the lounge and even standing in the passageway, wherever you go, you can see the glorious green of tea gardens. The hospitality, activities, the classes, the food was a refreshing experience. Badminton was a big favourite with us. The place is so breathtakingly beautiful, that we all felt like we were in nothing less than heaven. Beautiful, just beautiful!

To finish off, I can confidently say that there cannot be better places or people than offered at Club Mahindra resorts, for a holiday filled with fun, love and life.

So go ahead and have a blast!
