Partha Rakshit enjoyed a refreshing holiday, replete with warm hospitality and great food, at Binsar.

A class apart
We had an absolutely wonderful time at Club Mahindra’s Manipur Villa resort in Binsar. I have been to most of the Mahindra resorts but I found the hospitality at this resort particularly outstanding. The food served at the restaurant was also lip-smacking, both at the buffet counter and at the Silver Oak.
The ambience at Manipur Villa and the log huts are world class. Club Mahindra has really taken its amenities to another level and raised the bar for future resorts.

Surinder Batra and his wife relived memories of their honeymoon in Goa, but with many more family members and friends.

Trip to paradise
Goa — we would like to call it the paradise of India. We were recently planning a nice vacation when Rishi Dhawan of Club Mahindra suggested Goa; we all agreed without thinking twice.
We had been to Goa earlier at the time of our wedding; this time, we were accompanied by our teenage daughter and son Members and the families of two of our dearest friends Pomy, Rajni, Bela and Vikas. After all, the more the merrier, isn’t it?
The property proved to be better than what we had expected and the staff at the resort was very friendly and helpful. We have travelled to many countries but I believe the hospitality at Club Mahindra’s Varca Beach resort truly stands out. The Ayurvedic massages and the spa treatments available at the resort were very relaxing, while a cycle tour (the hotel provided us with bicycles) made us feel young and carefree all over again. I was very afraid of wind surfing and could not gather courage to do it earlier, but the personnel here made me feel confident. To add to the beauty of the experience was a dolphin chase, where we actually followed the mammals in the water — what a show it was.
This was our second stay in a Club Mahindra resort after Munnar and we are delighted to be members.

Srinivas and his family soaked in the beauty of Kerala’s backwaters in Poovar and returned with many special memories.

Relax and rejuvenate
The moment we sat in the ferry that was meant to transport us to the Club Mahindra resort in Poovar, we knew that this was going to be an experience of its kind. And we were not disappointed. The backwaters, the golden sand....everything was just amazing! Above all, the buffet, with all sorts of edibles on offer, was surely going to satisfy out appetites. For sea food lovers, the place is a paradise!
The fresh cool mornings started with yoga sessions followed by beach trips, and relaxed evenings were spent in the shade of coconut trees watching beautiful sunsets before we retreated into our cosy rooms for the night. The staff also made sure of our comfort. The Poovar resort surely proves that Kerala is the land of Gods.
- Srinivas and family

After our stay at the Corbett resort for two nights, we made our way to the Binsar Manipur Villa resort, for another five days.

A week of fun galore
The stay in the log huts was like living off a cliff while looking over the equally beautiful Binsar Valley resort.
Living amidst the beautiful species of birds in the area, the Club Mahindra slogan for the resort — God’s Playground — seemed very true.
What made it even more enjoyable were the service and the activities at the resort. We were pampered by the staff at Manipur Villa, and they tirelessly served us all through our stay.
We would like to make a special mention the food served at the resort – whether it was Mughlai, continental or the local delicacies of Kumaon, we just couldn’t have enough of it.
The resorts in Binsar are indeed great gifts from Club Mahindra; we need to take care of it, along with the staff to ensure that we don’t deplete the region of its treasures.
