About the resort
Lovely beaches, lively people, fun, colour and music - surely, these are the images that Goa invokes. But there’s more to Goa than just surf and sand. Magnificent buildings with the unmistakable Portuguese influence, spectacular churches, fascinating temples, quaint villages, sumptuous cuisine, a rich history and culture, and a warmth that is very Goan – Goa is all these and more. To visit Goa is to visit a part of India that is at once Indian and yet different from any other part of the country. The sights, smells and textures are different and are bound to enhance and enrich the visitor’s experience. Yet, it also brings home the immense diversity that is so much an integral part of India. Goa is a tourist’s paradise. While most travellers come here for the fantastic beaches that dot the coastline, Goa has much more to offer the tourist. Beautiful churches, heritage monuments left behind by the Portuguese, flea markets and glimpses of nature which excite and enthrall.
Club Mahindra Emerald Palms, a sprawling Portuguese villa, is located amidst this scenic and beautiful backdrop. The rooms are spacious and have fabulous views. Thought it is not a beach resort, the sea is a just a few minutes away. In addition, there are a host of amenities that are aimed at making your stay at Club Mahindra Emerald Palms memorable and eminently relaxing.
I stayed during 19th Feb 22nd Feb in Club Mahindra Emerald Palm. It is close to Varca beach (around 1 KM walk) which is serene and beautiful in every sense.
