WaterfallsFrom Thiruvananthapuram airport to Thekkady, the distance is 246 Kms and takes about 4 hours.
The route to the resort is from Trivandrum through Ayoor - Anchal - Punalur - Pattanamthitta - Erumali - Mundakkayam - Kuttikanam - Peermade – Thekkady.
Do stop at Peermade. The landscape of Peermade includes spectacular waterfalls, open grass lands and pine forests. Make sure you photograph the waterfalls.
