If at all I even of think of trying to position mother in any parameters, I will be the biggest fool ever. Mother is unparalleled and beyond any material or non-material comparison. At 40+ years of age and married with grown up kids, my mother still asks ' have I taken food'. I can never think of reciprocating anything to my mother. Only thing I must do is be with her. In pic, I'm with my mother at Geeta temple Diu. Just a little effort to be with her and take her around remembering how she has brought me up holding my finger.

This Sunday My Daughter Paksha Jain Age 11 Year made BUTTERFLY BISCUIT. Ingredients :. Maida 500 grams salt to teaspoon sugar 2 teaspoon ghee 1 bowl sugar powder 1 bowl baking powder 1 tablespoon. Method: Take maida salt sugar 2 teaspoon baking powder mix it and make a dough (Make dough tight like Puri Dough). Cover the dough and keep it for sometime. Keep a bowl of ghee in freezer for 2 hours after 2 hours take the into a small bowl and grid it with spoon to make it like butter. now take the Dough roll it out. Put ghee and forward it keep the Dough into fridge by folding it with cotton clothes) step should repeat 2 x take the GI and roll it and cut it give shapes to eat after giving shapes greasy ghee on the upper surface and spread sugar on it keep the biscuit shapes into 50 minut preheated oven at 200 degree centigrade temperature for 20 minutes and check in between it is baked from inside.
