CHOCOLATE DIPPED STRAWBERRIES RECIPE:

Ingredients –

• Milk / dark/white Chocolate – 680 gms.
• Veg Oil – a few ml for the glaze
• Fresh Nice Strawberry – as many as you want to coat

How to make Chocolate Dipped Strawberries -

• Step 1:
  • Chop the chocolates in small pieces in separate bowls.
• Step 2:
  • Melt in a hot water bath or melt that them in a microwave for 90-120 seconds on medium intensity.
  • Slowly stir with a spoon till the chocolate is completely melted and without lumps.
• Step 3:
  • Add vegetable oil to the chocolate and mix well.
• Step 4:
  • Dip ¾ of each strawberry in the chocolate of your choice.
  • Let it set completely at room temperature.
• Step 5:
  • You may garnish it with chocolate of contrasting color as shown in the image.

Note: Please select good-sized fresh strawberries. Do not store in the refrigerator.
