With the stressful lives that we all live today, it is vital that we give our body and mind the much-deserved attention. And, I have figured out, the best way to rejuvenate is to go on a Yoga retreat. As a Club Mahindra member, I and my spouse take a retreat at least once every six months and enjoy a relaxing holiday at the Club Mahindra resorts.

Personally, I can vouch that Yoga has changed my life for good. I am more flexible than ever, my walking posture has improved and I feel more confident from within.
