After a long wait of more than one year finally, when I got the availability for 4 days I was so ecstatic to be there. Let me share it was the super duper experience AS ALWAYS with the hospitality of Club Mahindra. No doubt about that!

Before I write about our experience I am pleased to share the names of all the staff members there who made our stay so very beautiful. I start with Apoorva @ the reception. Right from a day before our check-in on the 23rd of June to our check-out on the 27th, she was the one who allotted us a beautiful unit and had all the answers to my queries related to sightseeing, etc. Thank you, Apoorva. Since we reached around 11 am and it was time to wait for the room to get ready we had chilled beer and snacks at Captain Cook’s.

Thanks, Mukul for your warm hospitality. At the restaurant, we had lovely food. Thanks, chef. Thank you to everyone from the manager, Mr Om Tomar to all the staff from Jaanvi, Shradha, Manasi, Akshay, and Priyanka who took care of our table and always smiling. Our checkout was also very smooth and quick. Thanks, Akash, Rahul, and Saurab. We were not there for the day so I do not have the names of the housekeeping staff but they all did a great job.

Coming to the resort, one must visit at least once. It’s a beautiful one kept very nicely. The best part is that around 30 hotel units have the same pool-facing view. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully done. The bar is well-equipped. It has ample parking space and a vast area to have a great walk. The resort is full of greenery with a camera-ready personality.

To end: We always had a lovely experience with CM and continue to believe that we will always experience the same. Guys, if I missed anyone’s name, my thanks are to them too. We will be visiting Tropicana, Alibag again.
