I really had a very nice experience with my family. All staffs were really helpful and friendly especially the front office staff. The room was really spacious and neat with all facilities. The room service was also very nice and perfect. Covid protocols were strictly adhered to from the start.

Sanitizers are placed in all the common areas including elevators. The room was very clean and the staff did mention that the room is stocked with limited amenities due to the current situation but everything is always available upon a red call. Breakfast was delicious. They have a diverse mix of south Indian, north Indian, and continental food with a good collection of pastries and sweets.

I believe that this hotel is the best place to stay in the heart of Cochin. We might get a bigger, luxurious hotel here but the luxury I meant here is the service and the facilities provided by the hotel staff. They have an amazing terrace pool open to the sky and at night with the minimal lights and cool air, it was amazing to spend the time.

The metro station was closer so you had easy access to a shopping center called LuLu Mall. We only stayed for one night and asked for a late check-out and the staff did everything they could to help us. I relaxed very well and definitely will come again. Highly recommended.
