The property is smaller than other CM properties, however, it is good to see special parking arrangements made on the other side of the road as well.

Right adjacent to the property is the Hatgad fort ideally to be visited in the morning fresh air. Lovely view from the top. Closeness to Saputara makes it possible to drive there almost 2 times a day. In all, the Club Mahindra Hatgad is property to visit multiple times & the best being just after the rainy season!
