Once we had an elderly couple visit our resort in Kumbalgarh; they were an enthusiastic duo who’d been holidaying for most of their lives. Their age was never a concern, but it was their allergy to dairy products that never let them fully enjoy a vacation. When they came in for lunch on the first day itself, they had mentioned about being allergic to dairy products, and requested us to cook some dairy-free meals for them.
It is always a challenge to meet such specific dietary requirements, but our Chef accommodated their request happily. Cooking is not only his passion, it also filled him with immense contentment when his dishes were enjoyed by the guests. Naturally, he saw this as an opportunity to put his culinary skills to test.
He happily prepared dairy-free meals for them for the week they stayed with us. The couple were very grateful that we catered to their request, and above all, we did not compromise on the quality and taste. This ended up becoming the most amazing experience that they had had in our resort!
