Club Mahindra Saj in Mahabaleshwar exceeded our expectations with their hospitality and care. Initially, we were a bit nervous as my wife and son both have diet restrictions and we weren’t sure if they’d be able to have food with such constraints. But all of those worries were brushed away as Chef Palash, Chef Dubey & Mr Ramesh took such good notice and care.

Mr. Ramesh, who took our orders, was always smiling and positive that the foods we wanted could be made despite the restrictions. And Chef Dubey and Chef Palash were there for us even if our orders were a bit extreme. Chef Dubey surprised us even further as he made chocolate and dessert for my son which made him extremely happy as he cannot have dairy products yet.

We’d once again like to thank Club Mahindra for their hospitality and all of us will surely plan our next trip soon to Saj. The special efforts taken by the chefs and restaurant staff made us feel at ease throughout our stay. We didn’t have to worry about the dietary restrictions since we were confident that it had been taken care of by them. Overall, very good hospitality and support.
