We stayed in Cherai resort in the last week of March 2023, must say reception people there helped us with early check-in as we landed in Kochi very early in the morning and the staff at the resort are very well behaved. The room service is very good and punctual. Inhouse cativities are there and well maintained. Resort is very near Cherai Beach. We enjoyed walking in the morning, evening even after dinner at the beach. we are quite used to the F&B staff guiding and recommending us to try the best dishes from the buffet and menu and here we expect this too. Must visit.
