It was so great to stay here and thank you so much to the staff for their hospitality & kindness. I highly recommend this property for the way they care for their guests and I would love to revisit this property only for their hospitality. They make sure their guests are comfortable in their stay and we were.

Their food was extremely delicious and the views from the room were stunning. The balcony was excellent because we can see the beauty of Yercaud from the room itself. The troop of monkeys that land upon the sit-out just outside your bedroom is an event by itself. The place is very calm and peaceful unlike the commercial hill stations, this place is bliss.

The road from Salem to Yercaud has plenty of lush greens on both sides of the road once the uphill climbing begins. There are 20 Hair-Pin Bends. The first thing one sees as you enter the Yercaud town is this placid lake in a wonderful surrounding of hills and natural shoals. You can go boating in the lake. There are so many viewpoints such as ladies seat, gents seat and pagoda point, etc and we visited a few. Also the shevaroy peak is the main attraction and the paradise for trekking. The Best attraction is Salem's night view from the hill. It is like stars twinkling. Nice valley views and family with children can enjoy the outing.

We enjoyed our stay at Lake Forest hotel Yercaud (a Club Mahindra property) and looking forward to visit again soon.
