Each of our members have distinct interests and holiday goals. One of the guests staying at our resort in Emerald Palms, Goa was a connoisseur of food. He complimented our team on the excellent food in the buffet. We informed him about our offering in a-la-carte being equally great. Curious, he then asked us to prepare something not mentioned in the menu. He expressed his desire to try out a new dish.

Our kitchen team took note of this. Within 15 minutes, the Chef prepared a special Bengali delicacy of fish in mustard sauce, and it was served to him steaming hot. The gentleman was absolutely thrilled with this discovery of a fish specialty. He thanked us and also mentioned that the best experience he had had in the resort was the food. Our chefs had really created magic with their innovation!

Food can truly add to the magical memories of a place. We are fortunate we could make that happen for our guest.
