Independence Day 2021 Celebration at our resorts

On the occasion of India’s 75th Independence Day, chefs at our various resorts across the country decided to celebrate the freedom to indulge in delicious food and expressed their love for the nation by giving their culinary creations the colours of our beloved flag. The day saw many drool-worthy and creative interpretations of our favorite dishes from across regions and cuisines. Each and every dish looked unique and elegant in the Tricolour. Our guests at these resorts loved this endeavour and photos of many of these tasty masterpieces were shared on social media by them. It was a truly patriotic treat for both our palate and our eyes.
