We visited Club Mahindra White Meadows, Manali in the month of May. The resort is simply out of the world. Though it is in the city, once you enter the resort you feel completely cut off from the city. It is beautifully built, nature at its best, words fail to explain, one must experience it in their lifetime. The restaurant offered some of the yummiest fish fry available only in Himachal, if I recollect it was Himalayan Trout. The food was simply awesome I never expected I would get to taste such delicious masala dosa in Manali. Manali is the most beautiful place in Himachal. It was a different world altogether. Snowcapped mountains follow you wherever you go. It was an adventurous trip. We had booked a few snow activities which were worth every penny. The itinerary included zip lining across the river, which was an enchanting experience, tube race and skiing: were the toughest. I enjoyed simply sliding down the snow along with my son. I had become a child again. Manali is definitely on my list to visit again!
