Our resort at Gangtok witnessed a lovely coincidence. We had two member friends visit the resort at the same time. As they had made their reservations separately, they now wished for adjoining rooms. Our team accommodated their request, we made some changes and allocated two adjoining rooms to them. One of the member guests was celebrating his birthday and his wife wanted to make it a special one.
Our team made special arrangements for the day: A birthday cake was sent along with their morning tea, later a special breakfast was prepared for the two couples, followed by a rejuvenating spa treatment for them. A picnic basket was also made ready for their sightseeing activity at a location nearby the resort. The special occasion ended with a wonderful barbeque dinner in candlelight, arranged exclusively for them.
Thrilled with all our arrangements, the guests continued to express their gratitude till the end of their stay.
