The Tropicana resort is an exceptionally well kept facility . The standards of hygiene and upkeep are truly par-excellence. We thoroughly enjoyed the extraordinary hospitality extended by the complete Tropicana team. Some special experiences are enumerated in the succeeding paras.

Catering Team- The catering was sumptuous, made possible due to the kind services of Mr. Pritam, Mr. Akshaya, Ms. Manasi, Ms. Priyanka. Mr. Prathmesh, Mr. Harish (Head Chef), Sidhantha (Chef) , Pratik and others. They really looked after us well, making it a very delightful and homely experience. This feeling of belongingness is hard to find in any Hotel/ Resort elsewhere.

House Keeping. The housekeeping team is very dedicated and the team go beyond the normal call of duty in their work. The entire team surely goes beyond their normal call of duty to make the guests comfortable, showing their dedication towards the guests as also towards your organization. I would also like to make a special mention of the kind assistance provided by Mr. Amit Raichand, GM and Mr. Mohit, Manager for providing very comfortable accommodation.

The GM's team is undoubtedly performing exceptionally well under his able stewardship Kudos to the complete Tropicana Resort Team, for the extraordinary hospitality extended for making our stay very memorable.
