The resort was great and the staff was extremely cordial and humble. The only feedback would be to have more activities like there were magic shows mentioned on the app. The adventure zone was also good and my kids liked the activities there. Regarding the food options, the a la carte menu did not have too many options and it got boring after a while as the same food list everyday. The rooms were nicely maintained and were fairly accessible to other areas. Special thanks to Ms. Shibil and the other gentleman (Front desk), Mr. Rajesh Bob (Travel Desk), the lady in the fun zone in Mount Serene (sorry don't know her name she is from Darjeeling), the boys from skyscapes, the adventure zone people, the service staff at the tearoom and last but definitely not the least our driver Mr. Ramesh Albert (admire him hugely for his patience and understanding)
