A trek can create a beautiful memory. At our Kodaikanal resort, one of the guests had signed up for trekking the next day but did not specify where. The team called up his son and tried to find out his interests so that they could arrange the trek accordingly. The son informed that his father had been to Ooty before on his honeymoon and always keeps on talking about the “Cairnal” trek.
The team then decided to plan the same trek specially for the couple to the same location. They also prepared a special celebration meal for them so they could have a picnic in the woods. Delighted with this surprise, the guests were over the moon. “Thank you for creating such a beautiful memory for me and my wife,” he said in gratitude.
