Although it was a short transit visit the place was way more enjoyable than we had expected. The room was cozy albeit small and was just enough for the three of us. We had a beautiful picturesque sunrise view from our room. Since the place was in the heart of the city unlike other CM resorts we had easy access to ample eateries and that is how we had an enjoyable experience at the closest McDonald's outlet.

Just before leaving we had just enough time for a small outing for sightseeing. We visited the Chinese fishing nets and also the local fish market. A special mention about the in-house food which was very delectable with a vast spread including local as well as global cuisine, a lovely spread of deserts and particularly to mention the many varieties of local chutneys which were truly awesome.

The ambiance and the decor of the restaurant made our dining experience all the more memorable. In addition, the entrance lobby was beautifully decorated for the festive Christmas season. The proximity to the railway station was also an added advantage. Overall a nice experience.
