Vijayashree Resort is a lovely place for a relaxed weekend. The food served is very good. Well-maintained resort with ample open space greenery and well-maintained lawns. Has rustic entertainment too with wonderful Rajasthani Thali food served in the traditional style with short tables and gaddas. The staff are very courteous and helpful. They helped us with an excellent guide for the Hampi tour who was knowledgeable and fluent in many languages. Excellent road connection from Bangalore. For day outings the famous Hampi ruins, the Tungabhadra river, TB dam, the Hospet town the list is endless. Cultural and heritage Hampi.
