Members never forget how you make them feel. A few years ago, we had the pleasure of hosting a family at our Kumbalgarh property. As they were travelling with children, the food en-route was not a healthy option, and we made a small and spontaneous gesture – we packed a meal for the family.
Recently, a member of our team who had personally supervised the care of this family’s needs, was greeted with an email. It was from them, recollecting his special gesture of packing a meal for their return. They had just returned from a visit to the Jaisalmer resort, and couldn’t help but reminisce the moments they spent with us at Kumbhalgarh, although it was way back in 2011.
They also asked if he was still at Kumbhalgarh resort, or had moved elsewhere. The most touching part of the mail, however, were the attached pictures. The family had sent old pictures taken with our team member during their stay with us.
