Experiences define us at Club Mahindra. Once a guest arrived with his mother to our resort in Mahabaleshwar with a specific prescription for the aged lady by their family doctor - a ‘holiday’! Prior to checking in, the guest had informed us about his requirements and we immediately set into action. We arranged for a wheelchair as requested. We identified rooms as per their convenience – a room on the ground floor having a veranda so she could enjoy the weather. It also faced the pool.
As they had two units booked, adjacent to each other, with a back door that opens to the road. This facility helped ensure she gets off the car, sits on the wheelchair and is able to navigate smoothly. The guest had also requested for a refrigerator in his room, to store insulin bottles and some prescribed food items. We had that arranged for, too!
The guests were more than happy with our arrangements that took careful consideration of their specific needs. He gifted our team member a ‘card holder’ as a token of his gratitude.
