An Indian and International cuisine expert, Chef Kaushal’s culinary experience spans over thirteen years. With roots in Patna, Bihar, the chef has studied from the prestigious culinary school of Durgapur, West Bengal. Later, he went on to pursue his MBA in Hotel Management. His career kick started with Holiday Inn, Goa and then, there was no looking back. The talented chef traveled far and wide in India, gaining experience and exposure to various cuisines and palates.
Interestingly, besides whipping delicious dishes, Chef Kaushal also collects rare coins and stamps.
