Feel good by indulging in self-care

With plenty of time on our hands, this is the perfect time to turn our focus onto something which most of us are guilty of neglecting: us!* Now is the time to put yourself first and do things that will make you feel happy and relaxed. In such difficult times we all deserve a little self-love and what better way to do that than self-care

If you don’t know where to start here are few tips to help you:

1. Practice your self-care routine:
Experiment with some home-made masks as well as face packs. You can make these masks with just simple everyday ingredients like milk, cream, aloe vera, besan, etc.

There is nothing better than a workout to stay healthy and feel good. So, why not keep up with those resolutions and take an hour out every day to bring positivity and stay fit.

3. Revisit your own skills:
This is a perfect opportunity to revisit that old skill you had and work on it. It will give you mental peace and a lot of happiness.

4. Sleep:
Staying at home all the time means that we go lax on our bedtime. So make sure that you get enough sleep.

Now is the time to put yourself first and do whatever makes you happy and relaxed. Once you do any of these, you’ll agree that self-care is the best care.
