It was my first resort to visit after being enrolled in the Club Mahindra Membership program. With lots of doubts in mind, made a visit to the resort. From Munnar Town, it takes about 17+ km to reach the Mahindra Lake View Resort at ChinnaKannal village. As the en route to the resort has a well-laid road with tea estate to the sides, it made our driving breezy. We reached the resort around 1.30 PM and were very hungry.

Check-in to the hotel went smoothly. Pointed to Ajith, at the Front Desk and he took care of it. The buffet food in the Hotel was tasty and filled our tummies. Nishanth our food director helped with local sightseeing info too. The HouseKeeping service provided by Maya brought more smiles to us. The hospitality provided by the entire resort team helped me to decide in upgrading my membership and helped my neighbor brother to opt for Club Mahindra membership along with us.

Our smiles were more with the resort, food, and the people in the resort (Minnu, Akhil, and Dinesh). A delightful time.
