While the beaches near the resort were cleaned up and near pristine, our stay at Emerald Palms was made considerably pleasant owing to the excellent attitude and attentiveness of the staff at the resort. Navin Phulara led the team of F&B to set the ball rolling. He was always positive in his approach with sound advice. The chefs spun their magic from the kitchen onto the tables.

Mr Vikram, Pawan and Ashok made sure that one never missed a meal with their super dishes, Mr Subha proved himself to be par excellence in his specialised cooking, be it dosa or whatever. Francisco led the way in the Housekeeping services managing the same so as to ensure that we never felt anything lacking for comfort. Dilip, one of the staff assigned to our room did a fine job looking after us. Ruby had an ever cheerful approach and pleasant personality. Christianna is the person that believes in “Never Give Up” and one would seriously think of stealing from the resort to strengthen their marketing. The stay this time makes one want to go back again!!
