Mango Milkshake:

Ingredients- 

  • 2 mangoes
  • Milk
  • ice cubes

How to make-

  1. Take two mangoes and wash them under water. 
  2. Pat dry using a clean towel, peel and chop them. 
  3. Once done, add these chopped mangoes to a blender. 
  4. Subsequently, add ice cubes (not mandatory) and milk to the blender and blend the prepared mixture. Remember, the consistency of this blended mixture should not be too thick. 
  5. Once you feel that the desired consistency has been achieved, pour the same into glasses and your mango milkshake is ready to be served.

Mango Lemonade:

Savor the tangy zest of fresh lemonade infused with the tropical sweetness of mangoes, creating a revitalizing beverage packed with antioxidants, vitamin C, and electrolytes, ideal for quenching thirst while boosting immunity.

Ingredients-

  • 2 mangoes
  • Lemon
  • Honey
  • mint leaves
  • ice cubes

How to make-

  1. Take two mangoes, which have been thoroughly washed and cleaned. 
  2. Peel, chop and make a pulp from these mangoes. 
  3. Take one lemon and squeeze it properly to extract the juice. 
  4. Now, add the pulp and lemon juice to a large pitcher. 
  5. Add water, cubes of ice and honey as per your taste (you can add sugar syrup too in place of honey). 
  6. Chill this concoction for some time in the refrigerator. Pour mango lemonade in glasses and serve immediately. You can also garnish the drink with some mint leaves.

Mango Fruity:

Delight in the medley of mixed fruits harmonized with the luscious flavor of mangoes, providing a fruity explosion of vitamins, minerals, and fiber, offering a wholesome beverage that's both delicious and nutritious.

Ingredients- 

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 1 raw mango
  • Sugar
  • ice cubes 

How to make-

  1. Take two ripe mangoes and one raw mango. 
  2. Peel and chop these mangoes and discard the seeds. 
  3. Put these chopped mangoes in a pressure cooker and boil them for nearly 4-5 whistles. 
  4. Turn off the flame and let mangoes cool completely. 
  5. Add sugar and water to a pan and heat the mix on medium flame till it starts boiling. Make sure that sugar is completely dissolved. 
  6. Turn off the flame and let sugar-water syrup cool down. 
  7. Blend mango pulp and syrup into a smooth paste. 
  8. Take this mix out in a big jar and add water to it (on the basis of your taste). 
  9. Stir well and put the jar in the refrigerator for nearly 2-3 hours. 
  10. Pour in glasses and add ice cubes. Your tasty mango fruity is ready to be served.

Mango Mint Lassi:

Enjoy the cooling sensation of mint blended with the richness of mango and yogurt, delivering a refreshing drink abundant in probiotics, vitamin E, and antioxidants, offering a soothing and digestive-friendly option for any occasion.

Ingredients- 

  • 2 mangoes
  • mint leaves
  • 2 cups yogurt
  • ½ tablespoon
  • green cardamom
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ice cubes

How to make-

  1. Take two medium mangoes and some mint leaves. 
  2. Wash them properly under running water. 
  3. Drain the excess water and cut the mangoes into slices after peeling. 
  4. In a blender jar, add the sliced mangoes, two cup yoghurt, half tsp green cardamom, one-fourth cup orange juice, 1 tsp honey and some ice cubes. 
  5. Blend until you receive smooth consistency. 
  6. Transfer the lassi to glasses and use mint leaves to garnish. Serve immediately. You can also add more honey or sugar as per your requirements.

Mango Smoothie

Mango Thandai:

Indulge in the traditional Indian concoction of mango blended with aromatic spices and nuts, providing a flavorful fusion rich in calcium, iron, and vitamin B6, offering a unique twist on a classic drink with its exotic and invigorating taste.

Ingredients- 

  • 2 mangoes
  • 12 almonds
  • 2 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 3 tablespoon fennel seeds
  • 2 tablespoon cucumber seeds
  • 70gm rose petals
  • 1 L full cream milk
  • Sugar
  • ½ tablespoon cardamom powder
  • ½ tablespoon black pepper
  • ice cubes

How to make-

  1. Soak 12 almonds, 2 tbsp poppy seeds, 3 tbsp fennel seeds, 2 tsp cucumber seeds and 70 gm rose petals in water overnight. 
  2. The next morning, peel the almonds’ skin and grind all the seeds into a smooth paste. 
  3. Boil 1 litre full-cream milk in a deep vessel and reduce it to half. 
  4. Grind sugar (as required), half tsp cardamom powder and half tsp black pepper and add the mix to boiled milk. 
  5. Cut two mangoes and make a puree. 
  6. Add pureed mango to the milk and blend it again. 
  7. Subsequently, add the seeds paste and mix well. 
  8. Pour into desired glasses and add crushed ice. 
  9. Mango thandai is ready for serving. You can add some more almonds and fresh cream to make this drink all the more creamy.

Mango Smoothie:

Dive into a velvety blend of mangoes, yogurt, and honey, creating a creamy delight loaded with fiber, protein, and vitamin K, offering a satisfyingly smooth texture and a burst of essential nutrients in every sip.

Ingredients- 

  • 2 mangoes
  • 250g yogurt
  • ½ tablespoon clove powder
  • mint leaves
  • ice cubes

How to make-

  1. Take four medium-sized mangoes, peel and chop them into small pieces. 
  2. Add the chopped pieces to a blender jar and blend them to make mango pulp. 
  3. Add 250 ml beaten yogurt to the jar and blend again. 
  4. Take crushed ice in a glass and pour the mixture over it. 
  5. Sprinkle half tsp clove powder and garnish with mint leaves. 
  6. This refreshing and delicious summer cooler is ready to be consumed.

Aam Panna

Mango Colada:

Transport yourself to a tropical paradise with the creamy fusion of mango, coconut, and pineapple, delivering a decadent drink packed with vitamin A, manganese, and healthy fats, perfect for indulging in a taste of summer any time of year.

Ingredients- 

  • 2 mangoes
  • 2 cups chopped pineapple
  • 1 cup chopped papaya
  • 2 chopped bananas
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon
  • Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon milk
  • 2 tablespoon fresh cream
  • ice cubes

How to make-

  1. Take 2 cups of chopped pineapple, 1 cup of chopped papaya, 1 cup of peeled and diced mango and 2 chopped medium-sized bananas. 
  2. Place all these fruits into a blender and add 1½ cup coconut milk, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp milk, 2 tbsp fresh cream and some ice cubes. 
  3. Blend until smooth. 
  4. Garnish with ice cubes and serve.

Aam Panna:

Embrace the traditional Indian cooler made from raw mangoes, seasoned with spices and herbs, providing a refreshing burst of electrolytes, vitamin B1, and iron, offering a revitalizing beverage that's both cooling and revitalizing.

Ingredients- 

  • 3 mangoes
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • cumin powder

How to make-

  1. Boil 3 raw mangoes until soft.
  2. Make sugar syrup by boiling 100g sugar and 250ml water, then let it cool.
  3. Remove mango seeds and skin, then grind the pulp.
  4. In a pan, mix mango pulp, sugar syrup, roasted cumin powder, salt, and mint leaves.
  5. Cook on medium flame for 5 minutes, adding boiled mango water for flavour.

 

  • Mango Iced Tea

 

Revel in the harmonious blend of mangoes and tea, creating a refreshing beverage infused with antioxidants, flavonoids, and vitamin C, offering a flavourful twist on a classic drink that's as invigorating as it is delicious.

Here's a simple recipe for mango iced tea:

Ingredients-

 

  • ripe mangoes

 

  • 4 cups water
  • 4-6 black tea bags
  • 2-4 tablespoons honey or sugar
  • Ice cubes
  • mint leaves
  • Lemon slices

How to make-

  1. Blend diced mangoes until smooth. 
  2. Boil 4 cups of water, steep tea bags for 5 mins. 
  3. Sweeten tea with honey/sugar to taste. 
  4. Combine cooled tea with mango puree in a pitcher. 
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve over ice cubes. 
  6. Garnish with mint leaves and lemon slices if desired.

 

  • Mango Ginzer Fizz

  • Mint leaves for garnish

 How to make-

  1. Cook diced mango, grated ginger, sugar, and water until soft.
  2. Blend mixture with lime juice until smooth, then strain and cool.
  3. Fill glasses with ice, add mango ginger syrup.
  4. Top with soda water, stir gently.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
