C.P. Gurnani

CP partakes in several organizations with a focus on economic, technology, and market trends, including the World Economic Forum. He is the Chairman of the CII National Committee on IT & ITeS. CP has also served as a Chairman of NASSCOM for the year 2016-2017. He has also been part of the Indian Prime Minister’s CEO delegations to multiple countries.

He strongly believes in fostering opportunities for young adults through education, skill-building mentoring, and hands-on learning. He has been instrumental in setting up three tech institutions for higher education. He has been an outspoken advocate for learning at every stage of one’s career. One of his many noticeable achievements has been an ambitious, company-wide initiative of retraining employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to remain competitive and survive the age of digital disruption.

CP leads the company in advancing its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), including expanding and accelerating efforts towards sustainable technology, and enterprise diversity, equity, inclusion, and equality. On a path to a low-carbon future, CP has set bold goals to be carbon neutral by 2030 and to reach net zero by 2035 to ensure a healthier planet for the people and communities that TechM serves. The progress of TechM has been recognized by several prominent organizations, including the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices, for eight consecutive years.

He is also dedicated to giving back to community and often prods people to invest their time towards the betterment of humanity and society. He is on the Board of Tech Mahindra Foundation, that helps underprivileged children. He serves in various capacities with the Mohan Foundation, Feeding Hands, and The Rotary Club at multiple locations. He is also the co-founder of ‘Titliyan’ with his wife Anita, an NGO that spearheads spreading quality education and developing the life and social skills of underprivileged children.

A chemical engineering graduate from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, he is a distinguished and active alumnus of the institute. CP has also been felicitated with an honorary Doctorate by four different Universities. He is on the Board of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, a promoter of Tech Mahindra Limited. His passion for education resonated in the various honorary positions he holds. He is on the board of Mahindra Educational Institutions (MEI) & a member of the Board of Management of Mahindra University, a private university promoted by MEI to educate future citizens for a better world. He is also the Chairman of IIM Nagpur and the Founding Trustee of Plaksha University.

The SKOCH Group and the CEO’s Association for Inclusive India (CAII) has conferred CP with the 'CEO’s Choice Lifetime Achievement Award’ 2021 – the nation’s highest independent civilian honour. He has also been featured in a Harvard Case Study on ‘Tech Mahindra and the Acquisition of Satyam Computer.

Manoj Bhat

Managing Director & CEO

Manoj Bhat is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited (MHRIL). Mr. Bhat brings a wealth of experience and a strong track record in the financial and strategic domains, having served as the Group Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Group Executive Board of the Mahindra Group. In his previous role, Mr. Bhat collaborated with finance leadership teams across all Group companies on strategy, governance, and controllership. His expertise spans financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, business planning, tax management, fundraising, and treasury operations. Prior to his role at the Mahindra Group, Mr. Bhat was the Chief Financial Officer at Tech Mahindra, where he was responsible for the finance and secretarial functions across 160 subsidiaries in over 90 countries. During his 15-year tenure at Tech Mahindra, he played a critical role in various functions, including Finance, Corporate Planning & Development, M&A, and Strategy. Mr. Bhat began his illustrious career with HCL Perot Systems, holding various finance leadership roles across multiple geographies. Mr. Bhat holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technology from IIT Mumbai and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from IIM Bangalore.

Ashutosh Pandey

Chief Business Officer - Vacation Ownership

Ashutosh Pandey is the Chief Business Officer of Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd., where he leads the Club Mahindra Vacation Ownership business. He is responsible for defining and executing the brand’s strategic vision, focusing on delivering consumer-first experiences, driving intuitive member experience, digital transformation, and ensuring scalable, sustainable growth. With over 25 years of experience spanning Auto-Tech, E-commerce, Retail, Hospitality, FMCG, and Consulting, Ashutosh has established himself as a hands-on leader adept at doing startups, scaling businesses, driving innovation, and building strong consumer brands. Before joining Mahindra Holidays, he served as Managing Director & CEO of Mahindra First Choice Wheels, transforming it into one of India’s premier auto-tech companies by crafting a sustainable business model in the unorganised, unstructured market. Prior to this, Ashutosh was the Founding CEO of Tata CLiQ, where he spearheaded the Tata Group’s foray into e-commerce, establishing it as one of India’s leading platforms for fashion and luxury. The distinctive business model of Tata CLiQ encompassed first-time themes in India such as omnichannel, digital sales of high-end products and complicated categories such as large appliances. His earlier leadership roles include serving as Chief Operating Officer at Landmark, Trent Ltd., where he was instrumental in driving growth in retail and lifestyle, and as General Manager - Development at The Indian Hotels Company Limited, focusing on strategic expansion initiatives. Ashutosh has had an impressive career, starting with Tata Administrative Services (TAS), where he held various important roles. He has worked as a Brand Manager at Tata Consumer Products, Head of Marketing (Pesticides) at Rallis India Ltd., Senior Manager - IN Products at Tata Communications, and Manager at Accenture Consulting. Known for his leadership and strategic thinking, Ashutosh has successfully led transformations, driven organizational change, streamlined operations, built new business models, and mentored future leaders, making him a respected figure in the hospitality and leisure industry. He is a Civil Engineer and holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi.

Asha Kharga

Chief Customer Officer

Asha Kharga is the Chief Customer Officer at Mahindra Holidays. Asha joined the Mahindra Group in April 2021 as the Chief Customer Officer and Member of the Group Executive Board. She also serves as a board member of Mahindra Lifespaces Developers Limited. Prior to joining Mahindra, Asha was the Group Chief Marketing Officer for Axis Bank and its subsidiaries. She played a pivotal role in the transformation and repositioning of Axis from its previous legacy as UTI Bank. Before Axis Bank, Asha spent nearly a decade at Hindustan Unilever Ltd., where she held key roles managing some of the best-known consumer brands in India and South Asia. Asha chairs the Mahindra Group’s Diversity Council and previously led the FICCI Committee for Women Empowerment in 2024. Her leadership journey has also extended globally as Chairperson of Mahindra Racing UK, where she championed innovation and sustainability. She has also served on the Board of NBS International Ltd, a 100% subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra. Asha’s contribution to the business has been recognized by Business World (The Top 100 Most Influential Marketing Leaders; 2024, 2025), IMPACT (50 Most Influential Women in Media, Marketing and Advertising; 2020, 2022, 2023), and CNBC Storyboard (Visionary; 2024). Asha holds a commerce degree from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics and an MBA in Marketing from Mumbai University. With her ability to drive transformation, nurture inclusivity, and inspire meaningful change, she remains a strong leader shaping India’s business landscape.

Mahesh Aiyer

Chief Business Officer

Mahesh has an extensive experience of 28-years in the Hospitality Industry, including 18 years at the Taj Group of Hotels, and over 7 years in a Pan-India/Regional leadership capacity at Lemon Tree Group. His professional journey comprises of diverse roles and responsibilities, ranging from Group operations and General Management to Sales & Marketing, Strategic Planning, Business Development, People Management, Design and Development, Project conceptualization to implementation, financial management, and Asset Management. Additionally, Mahesh has lent his expertise to overseeing the development of hotel assets for a prominent real estate group. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Calicut University and a Masters in Business Administration from Madras University. Additionally he has completed a General Management course from Cornell and an Emerging Leaders Program from IIM-A.

Julian Ayers

Chief Resort Officer

Julian Ayers, Chief Resort Officer at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited, joined in May 2022. Previously he was with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts as Regional Vice President looking after North India. British-born, Julian's career has spanned more than thirty years, across the globe, in locations as diverse as India, Oman, the Caribbean, Indonesia, and the UK, and has worked both with large hotel groups (Hyatt, Hilton, and Intercontinental) as well as with boutique hotel groups like Alila Hotels & Resorts, Bespoke Hotels, and Virgin Hotels. Julian's eye for detail and hotel background brings fresh thinking to MHRIL's corporate team, where he oversees Club Mahindra's rapidly expanding portfolio in India and beyond. A graduate of Suffolk College, he honed his skills at Gleneagles in Scotland before crossing the pond to Jamaica. Julian's wife, Suja, founder of Pala Designs, creates small-batch artisanal clothing. Their two sons Ahan 25, a journalist, studying for his Master's in Columbia University, New York & Ayush, 19 studying Computer Science at Durham, in the UK.

Santhosh Kutty

Chief Business Officer - Business Development

Santhosh Kutty is the Chief Business Officer – Development at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd. With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he brings deep expertise in operations management, hotel pre-openings, and brand standard implementation. He has led high-performing teams across Indian and international luxury hotels and resorts, and played a key role in the development and expansion of Zone by The Park, a contemporary hospitality brand. Santhosh has successfully renovated and repositioned landmark properties, elevating guest accommodations, public spaces, and award-winning restaurants. His work has consistently delivered exceptional experiences to a diverse clientele—including heads of state, global leaders, and discerning resort guests—while collaborating with prestigious partners such as Leading Hotels of the World (LHW). Recognized for excellence in each of his last four roles, he is widely respected for his strengths in business excellence, change management, and leadership development.

Manish Goel

Chief Projects Officer

Manish Goel has over 30 years of extensive experience in project management of built environment inclusive of speciality sectors like hospitality, healthcare and others. In his previous roles, Manish was associated with leading international property consultants like Cushman & Wakefield, Jones Lang Lasalle over an extended period of 17+ years wherein he had an executive oversight of 100+ projects and a large capex in all spheres of real estate across the country. Manish has also been credited for setting-up the hospitality project management consultancy business for Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in South Asia. Manish has featured in Top 100 Great People Managers list by Forbes and Great Manager Institute in India in 2020.

Bharat Sundaresan

Chief Customer Acquisition Officer

Bharat brings 28 years of sales experience with proven expertise in building B2C, B2B, and B2B2C delivery models that drive stakeholder value. He has successfully acquired and managed major partners including Citibank, HSBC, Bank of Maharashtra, and India Bulls. A key highlight of his career is pioneering the digitization of sales and customer onboarding processes. Prior to his current role at Mahindra Holidays, Bharat served as Head – Direct Marketing, Bancassurance, Strategic Alliances & Variable Agency at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance. He has also held leadership positions at Pramerica Life, Tata AIA Life, Tata AIG Life, GE Countrywide, Motorola India, and Telco (now Tata Motors).

Rohit Malik

Chief - Strategic Initiatives

Rohit has 23+ years of experience in the consumer service business. He currently leads Strategic Initiatives for Mahindra Holidays & Resorts and is responsible for creating new avenues for business and spearheading the transformation projects, including digital transformation. Rohit also looks at M&A opportunities for the business that fit in well with the strategic roadmap. He joined Mahindra Holidays as the Chief Sales Officer in January 2012 and in that role, he steered the company towards product-based selling and developed an effective and efficient sales force. In his prior experience, Rohit has worked with companies such as GE, Alliance Capital, ICICI Prudential and Bharti AXA. He has managed P&L, business development, product development, distribution modelling, sales training, sales automation & channel innovation as well as marketing & digital transformation. He has managed large scale distribution in various roles in his career.

Rajiv Vimal

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Rajiv Vimal is an accomplished finance leader with over two decades of experience across strategic finance, governance, performance management, and large-scale operations in manufacturing and services sectors. Before joining Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited, Rajiv served as a Chief Financial Officer at PPG Asian Paints Private Limited, a joint venture between PPG Industries and Asian Paints, where he played a key role in driving strategy, growth, capital allocation and profitability and lead finance, accounting, taxation, internal audit, legal compliance and CSR functions. He has spent over 13 years with Vodafone, holding senior finance leadership roles across circles and regions, including as Head of Finance for the MPCG Circle. Rajiv is a Chartered Accountant and a Commerce graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, and is known for combining strategic insight with strong execution and governance discipline.

Vineet Bhardwaj

Chief Technology Officer

Vineet is a seasoned technology leader with over 24 years of experience in spearheading digital transformation across diverse sectors. His expertise spans strategic IT planning, governance, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and data analytics. With a strong focus on innovation and business impact, Vineet has consistently harnessed technology to elevate customer experiences, drive revenue growth, and enable sustainable business outcomes. At the helm of multiple transformative initiatives, Vineet has redefined digital ecosystems through the strategic deployment of Gen AI, mobile platforms, cloud infrastructure, and process digitization—delivering measurable top-line and bottom-line results. Before joining MHRIL, Vineet served as the Chief Information Officer at Godrej Properties Ltd., where he led enterprise-wide digital strategy and execution. His career also includes impactful tenures at Aegis Ltd., Marico Ltd., and Gas Authority of India. Vineet is a rank-holding Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a certified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Ghanashyam Hegdekatte

Chief Human Resource Officer

Ghanashyam Hegdekatte is the Chief Human Resource Officer at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd. He brings over 16 years of rich experience across HR Business Partnering, Centres of Expertise, and international markets. Ghanashyam joined the Mahindra Group in 2011 as part of the Group Management Cadre (GMC) after completing his postgraduate studies at XLRI Jamshedpur. Since then, he has held key HR leadership roles across the Automotive, Farm Equipment, Truck & Bus, and Agri businesses, where he helped drive cultural transformation, capability building, talent risk management, and organisational restructuring. He has also led HR for Mahindra’s global Automotive business across South Africa, Australia, the SNB countries, and other regions. Prior to his appointment as CHRO – MHRIL, Ghanashyam served as Head – Talent Management at the Mahindra Group Corporate Centre, where he led flagship leadership development programs, including the Mahindra Accelerated Leadership Track (MALT) and the Mahindra Leaders Program (MLP). He began his career with Nokia in the technology domain and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from B.M.S. College of Engineering, Bangalore.

Hoshedar Havewala

Chief Legal Officer

Hoshedar comes with over 16 years of experience spanning law firms and in-house roles across diverse industries. Prior to joining MHRIL as a Chief Legal Head, he was the heading the legal team for the Electric Vehicle Sector (MEAL & MLMML) at M&M where his role was instrumental in creating a powerful impact. His prior experiences also include stints in the M&A and auto sector legal teams of M&M, and at J. Sagar Associates and Wadia Ghandy & Co. Hoshedar’s expertise has been recognized through prestigious accolades, including the Young Achiever In-House Lawyer of the Year (Idex Legal Award 2019) and Young In-House Lawyer of the Year (Asian Legal Business Award 2019). Within the Mahindra Group, he has been bestowed with numerous ED Excellence Awards, AFS Excellence Awards and other accolades. He is also an alumnus of MALT (Mahindra Accelerated Leadership Track) programme of the Mahindra Group. He holds a B.A., L.L.B. (Hons) from National Law School of India University, Bangalore.

Mansi Laheri

Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

Mansi Laheri is a seasoned governance professional with over 18 years of experience in corporate secretarial and compliance functions across large listed companies and NBFCs. She is a Company Secretary and a Law Graduate, with deep expertise in corporate governance, SEBI regulations, RBI directions, handling complex corporate transactions, ethics and POSH matters. She has extensive experience in handling several strategic and high value corporate actions, including Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP), Rights Issue, preferential issues, mergers and demergers, schemes of arrangements, ESOP implementations, Issuance of NCDs/ CPs. She has also led initiatives for digitisation of governance processes, including implementation of Board meeting platforms, insider trading compliance tools, and related party transaction monitoring system. Mansi is recognised for her ability in bringing a strong governance and compliance-oriented approach to listed company secretarial and compliance function. She is currently serving as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited, a leading leisure hospitality Company. She has also held senior secretarial roles with Grasim Industries Limited, Vodafone Idea Limited and Blue Star Limited.
