If you like to have salad as a side or the main meal, you must try making this tasty, healthy, and easy grilled prawns with green apple salad at home. This recipe is by Chef Alex Dias, the Executive Chef at Club Mahindra resort in Goa. It is perfect for lunch, brunch or dinner if you wish to have a light and hearty meal.

Ingredients Needed for Grilled Prawns with Green Apple Salad 

  • Prawns (100 gm)
  • Sliced green apple (100 gm)
  • Baby jem lettuce (50 gm)
  • Spring onions (50 gm)
  • Lemon juice (20 ml)
  • Olive oil (50 ml)
  • Dry herbs (50 gm) 

Method for Making Grilled Prawns with Green Apple Salad

  • Clean the prawns and grill with salt and pepper. Add some lemon juice
  • Slice the green apples into thin pieces and keep them aside 
  • Prepare the dressing for the salad by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and herbs
  • In a salad bowl, add baby gem lettuce, bell peppers, sliced apples, and the grilled prawns. Toss the dressing on top, mix all the ingredients well, and your salad is ready to serve!
