 Ingredients needed for Erachi Nalla Malla Bharthad Recipe

  • Mutton meat
  • Onion, tomatoes, ginger (chopped)
  • Whole peppercorns
  • Coriander and curry leaves
  • Green chillies
  • Soy sauce
  • Oil
  • Red chilli, turmeric, black pepper, and garam masala powder

How to Make Erachi Nalla Malla Bharthad Recipe

  • Add about 50 ml of cooking to a frying pan and fry the raw meat for a couple of minutes before adding turmeric, black pepper, and red chilli powder. Mix well so that the masala combines with the meat.
  • Add water, salt (as per taste), and curry leaves to the meat, and let the meat cook. Once the meat is tender and soft, turn off the heat and keep it aside.
  • Temper curry leaves and chopped ginger in a different pan. Add onions and sauté it. Once the onions turn brown and golden, add the meat and the gravy, along with 10g of garam masala and 1tsp soy sauce, and stir well to let the meat absorb all the masala and its flavours.
  • Cook for a few minutes.
  • Transfer the meat to a serving plate/bowl, garnish it with freshly chopped coriander leaves and enjoy delicious Erachi Nalla Malla Bharthad.
