Club Mahindra “Conversations with Dinesh Karthik” offer - T&C and Guidelines
Club Mahindra “Conversations with Dinesh Karthik” offer (“Offer”) is an engagement offer made by Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited (“Club Mahindra”) to its members having a Club Mahindra vacation ownership membership (“Member”) and prospective customers interested in buying a Club Mahindra vacation ownership membership (“Prospect”), whereunder the eligible Participant (defined herein) may, on first come first serve basis, get a complimentary entry pass (“Event Pass”) for the event organised by Club Mahindra on 26th February 2023 at Taj Coromandel, Chennai (“Event”) wherein ace cricketer Mr. Dinesh Karthik will be one of the attendees.
“Participant” shall mean:
any Club Mahindra Member who gives at least 2 referrals of his/ her/ its family, friends, acquaintances etc. for any Club Mahindra vacation ownership membership (“Referral Entries”) between 10th January 2023 to 20th February 2023 (both dates inclusive), provided such Referral Entries are found eligible for a Club Mahindra membership as per relevant parameters of Club Mahindra (“Participant Member”); or
any Prospect who attends (till end) the Presentation (as defined herein) by the Club Mahindra representative/s as to Club Mahindra membership products and features of the Club Mahindra vacation ownership membership/s between 10th January 2023 to 20th February 2023 (both dates inclusive), provided he is found eligible for a Club Mahindra membership as per relevant parameters of Club Mahindra (“Participant Prospect”).
The Offer shall be valid for a limited period and the Participant may avail the Offer upon fulfilment of the terms and conditions mentioned herein. Participation does not guarantee the Entry Pass.
The Event Passes are limited and only first 500 eligible Participants (250 eligible Participant Members and 250 eligible Participant Prospects each) shall be entitled to get the Event Passes, on “first come first serve” basis. Issuance of the Event Pass shall be as per the manner and subject to the terms and conditions detailed herein.
The eligible Participants and his/ her accompanying guest shall be entitled only to the Entry Passes for the Event. All other arrangements, including but not limited to boarding and lodging, food, reaching to/ from the Event venue etc., shall have to be organised and taken care by the Participant only at his/ her own costs, expenses and efforts and Club Mahindra shall not be liable/ responsible for any such aspects.
Club Mahindra shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to withdraw or extend the Offer period, cancel/ postpone the Event and/ or make any changes in the attendees list, at any time without prior notice.
The Participant alone shall be responsible and liable for all loss or damage caused due to any violation of intellectual property rights and/ or personal data of the Participant/ Referral arising out of the Offer/ Referral Entry submitted by the Participant as part of the Offer. Club Mahindra, its promoters, partners, associates and sponsors shall not be liable for any legal or punitive action. By participating in the Offer, the Participant agrees to indemnify Club Mahindra, its promoters, partners, associates and sponsors from any and all liability arising out of such violation as aforesaid arising out of the content submitted by the Participant.
Rules of Participation:
For Participant Members
Only the individual Club Mahindra Members having an existing and active vacation ownership Membership with Club Mahindra (“Club Mahindra Membership”) with no overdue amounts and who are residents of India and aged above 18 years shall be eligible to participate in and avail the Offer.
A Participant Member may avail the Offer by giving at least 2 (two) Referral Entries (a Participant may submit multiple Referral Entries) between the aforesaid dates at the Club Mahindra Portal (“Portal”) and/ or by any other prescribed mode. By submitting the Referral Entries at the Portal and/ or by any other prescribed mode, the Participant gives his/ her/ their unequivocal & irrevocable consent to Club Mahindra to use their as also the Referral’s personal details so provided during submission of entries for further communication & media campaigns. All submissions and Referral Entries for the Offer shall be accepted at the sole discretion of Club Mahindra. Club Mahindra shall be entitled to reject any participant or Referral Entry without assigning any reason. Please ensure that all information in the Referral Entry submitted by you (Participant) is genuine, authentic & accurate. In case any entry is identified by Club Mahindra to be inaccurate, fake and/ or violating any of the legal/ ethical norms, the participant will be disqualified and their entry will not be accepted.
The Event Passes are limited and only first 250 eligible Participant Members shall be entitled to get the Event Passes, on “first come first serve” basis. Issuance of the Event Pass shall be as per the manner and subject to the terms and conditions detailed herein.
The Participant Members whose at least 2 (two) Referral Entries result in one successful membership purchase by the referred person (i.e. the referred persons purchase any Club Mahindra basis the Referral Entry of the Participant), shall further be entitled to be considered for exclusive Meet & Greet with the dignitary/ies attending the Event.
Upon submission of minimum 2 Referral Entries by the Participant Member, the Entry Pass shall be handed over, or sent at his/ her address registered with Club Mahindra, to the Participant Members (falling within 1st 250 eligible entries) post due verification and authentication of the Referral Entries as per the parameters set out by Club Mahindra for a membership.
Club Mahindra shall have the right to refuse participation/ Entry Pass to any of the Participant in case he/ she is having any overdue amounts under his/her Club Mahindra Membership which has not been paid by the Participant despite request; he/ she is found to be in breach of any of the Membership Rules governing his/ her Club Mahindra Membership and/ or the Referral Entry/ies submitted by the Participant are found not eligible for a Club Mahindra membership. The Participant having any overdues in respect of his/ her Membership and/ or is in breach of any of the terms and conditions of the Membership rules shall be entitled to claim & receive the Entry Pass only after full payment of the overdue amounts and/ or rectifying breach of the Membership Rules. Decision of Club Mahindra in this regard shall be final.
Proof of submitting the Referral Entries request is not a proof of receipt/ entitlement.
For Participant Prospects
Only the individuals who are residents of India and aged above 18 years shall be eligible to participate in and avail the Offer.
A Participant Prospect may avail the Offer by attending (till end) the presentation by Club Mahindra representative/s detailing the features and other related aspects of the Club Mahindra vacation ownership membership/s (“Presentation”). By attending the Presentation, the Participant gives his/ her/ their unequivocal & irrevocable consent to Club Mahindra to use his/ her personal details so provided for/ in course of the Presentation for further communication & media campaigns. All submissions and details shall be accepted at the sole discretion of Club Mahindra. Club Mahindra shall be entitled to reject any participant/ details without assigning any reason. Please ensure that all information submitted by you (Participant) is genuine, authentic & accurate. In case any details is identified by Club Mahindra to be inaccurate, fake and/ or violating any of the legal/ ethical norms, the participant will be disqualified and their entry/ participation will not be accepted.
The Event Passes are limited and only first 250 eligible Participant Prospects shall be entitled to get the Event Passes, on “first come first serve” basis. Issuance of the Event Pass shall be as per the manner and subject to the terms and conditions detailed herein.
The Participant Prospects who purchase any Purple/ Red/ Bliss Membership of Club Mahindra shall further be entitled to be considered for exclusive Meet & Greet with the dignitary/ies attending the Event.
Upon attending the Presentation and authentication of his/ her relevant details by Club Mahindra, the Entry Pass shall be handed, or sent at his/ her address registered with Club Mahindra, to the Participant Prospects (falling within 1st 250 eligible cases).
Club Mahindra shall have the right to refuse participation/ Entry Pass to any of the Participant in case: a) he/ she is found ineligible for a Club Mahindra vacation ownership Membership as per parameters of Club Mahindra; b) his/ her previous Club Mahindra Membership was terminated by Club Mahindra for any reasons whatsoever; or c) is having any overdue amounts under his/her existing Club Mahindra Membership. The Participant falling under any of the aforesaid instances shall be entitled to claim & receive the Entry Pass only after rectification of the aforesaid. Decision of Club Mahindra in this regard shall be final.
Attending the Presentation is not a proof of entitlement.
Manner of Entry Passes Utilisation
Entry to the Event is limited for 2 persons only (2 adults aged above 18 years or 1 adult aged 18 years and 1 kid below 18 years of age, as the case may be). Person aged below 18 years shall have to be accompanied with an adult. No 2 persons aged below 18 years shall be allowed entry on 1 Entry Pass.
The Entry Pass shall have to be shown by the Participant at the entry point/s of the Event. The Participant in whose name the Entry Pass is issued shall have to be physically present at the Event’s entry points, else the admission to the Event shall be denied. The Participants and his/ her/ their accompanying guests shall be admitted to the Event after due authentication of his/ her identity basis valid identity proof issued by a government authority. It is recommended that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior at the Event venue.
Rights to admission at the Event is reserved. Club Mahindra may, at its sole discretion, deny entry to any Participant and/ or his/ her accompanying guest for violation of decency, public health, morality or any other reasonable ground.
Seating at the Event shall be on first come first serve basis. Club Mahindra may reserve certain seats for dignitaries, other guests attending the event.
General
The decision of Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited/ Club Mahindra as to any and all aspects relating to this Offer shall be final and no Participant shall have the authority to contest the same. Such instance of contestation shall warrant disqualification.
Club Mahindra shall have the right to declare and use the name and details of the Participants at its social media platforms or in its marketing campaigns relating to the Offer.
Basis and criterion as to Referral Entries, authentication and eligibility of Referrals, parameters for eligible Prospects and other aspects relating to Offer shall remain confidential & at the sole discretion of Club Mahindra and Club Mahindra shall be under no obligation of any kind to share the modalities with any Participant and no such demand shall lie against the Company.
The Entry Pass/es cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. Club Mahindra shall not be liable to give any alternate gift / prize or offer in lieu of the Entry Pass. The Entry Pass once issued cannot be transferred/ amended in any manner whatsoever.
All the contents/ details/ information submitted by the Participant for or in relation to the Offer and/ or while availing the Entry Pass shall be the property of Club Mahindra and Club Mahindra shall be entitled to use the same for any purpose whatsoever at its sole discretion. The Participant shall not be entitled to claim copyright or any other rights/ entitlements over the same.
Any lapse in communicating with the Participant or delivery of the Entry Pass due to false number/ email/ addresses etc. provided by the Participant while taking the Membership, via Referral Entry or at any stage of availing the Offer will not be the responsibility of Club Mahindra, and the participation will be treated as void in such cases.
Process of distribution of the Entry Passes may take 4 to 6 weeks post receipt of all the relevant documents and information and no claim shall lie for any delay in issuance of the Entry Pass for any reasons whatsoever.
Club Mahindra shall not be liable for any delay/ failure to comply with its obligation caused by weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, war, political unrest, riots, accidents, epidemic, pandemic, act of God or any other unavoidable reasons beyond its control.
Club Mahindra does not guarantee or warranty suitability, fitness or quality of the Event in any manner whatsoever and no claim in respect of same shall lie with Club Mahindra. Visuals displayed here are representations only.
In the event, it is discovered the Participant is either breaching the terms and conditions of this Offer or his/ her Membership or is ineligible to participate, the Entry Pass of the Participant shall stand withdrawn and the participation shall stand invalidated.
Club Mahindra reserves the right to modify, add or delete any of the terms and conditions or participation or Entry Pass issuance mechanics of the Offer at any point of time at its sole discretion, without serving any prior intimation to the participants. Intimation of any change, modification, addition, deletion in the terms and condition of the Offer will be served to the participants by posting the revised terms and condition of the offer on the Company’s web portal/ Portal/ social media campaign page/s.
Club Mahindra does not take any responsibility for any information or content submitted by the participants and reserves its rights to direct the possible claimants to the participants in the respect of the information or content submitted by the participants.
Club Mahindra may collect personally identifiable information that you provide to us, such as name, member ID, phone number, email address etc. which may be used by Club Mahindra for its internal and promotional purposes. Club Mahindra may also access profile and other information from Social media platforms.
Club Mahindra shall have the right to contact the Participant via any mechanisms, not limited to call/ SMS/ email/ Whatsapp, automated call, related to this Offer.
No other offers/ contests can be clubbed with this Offer.
Any person taking advantage of this Offer does so on complete acceptance of the terms & conditions. Claims that do not comply with the terms & conditions will be disqualified. Illegible/incomplete/invalid/wrongly filled/manipulated request forms will be rejected.
Any disputes with regards to the Offer shall be referred to an arbitration by a Sole Arbitrator in terms of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, at Mumbai, as such this Offer will be subject only to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.

Owing to the recent conditions surrounding the COVID – 19 pandemics, as a pre-condition to gaining access to the Event venue, you may be required to be fully vaccinated and/ ir to display your COVID – 19 certificates at the venue as per the various norms /regulations prevailing in the said State. The venue provider and governing authorities reserve the right to exclude any user from the venue if there are sufficient grounds to believe so for failure to abide by the protocols. You agree to exit without protest or refund. Users are required to check the restrictions as applicable in their State.
Use of masks is always mandatory, and the visitors are required to maintain social distancing norms. Club Mahindra reserve the right to change/ modify the terms and conditions.
Mahindra Holidays & Resort India/ Club Mahindra does not assume any responsibility with regards to any injury or complications due to COVID – 19 accrued because of your participation in the Event.
