Street vendors set up numerous food stalls with live cooking demonstrations and signature dishes from topmost hoteliers and restaurants.

Shigmo (or Shigmostav) is another significant cultural festival linked to Holi. It is celebrated for around 14 days in Goa. Villagers offer their prayers to the Gods and goddesses with traditional street and folk dancers to welcome the spring season.
