We’ve partnered with Bureau Veritas – a global leader in testing, certification and inspection – to create a sanitised, safe and healthy space for our guests and our staff. Our safety protocols are designed to lift some worries and burdens off your shoulders. Let us show you how.

Fumbling to get your ID and documents out before you check in at the Front Desk? Don’t worry…just pull out your phone, upload the documents and complete our contactless check in. Worried about maintaining the appropriate distance with our staff? From waiters, to chefs, to attendants and instructors – all our staff are equipped with PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment) and will maintain a safe 6-feet distance at all times. Digging out your sanitiser and gloves to pour all over your hotel room? We’ve thoroughly sanitised every surface, we’ll also clean the rooms during your stay and rest the rooms before the next check-in.

If you feel like indulging in a delicious meal at the restaurant, we’ve realigned the tables so that you won’t come into close contact with other guests. Feel like spending some time alone over a meal? We’ll bring the food to your room, via Gourmet Express (our contactless in-room dining service). All payments to the resort can be made through digital channels.

In accordance with resort safety and government guidelines, you’ll also need a safe status on the Aarogya Setu App before you enter the resort premises. Sanitisers will be available in every part of the resort and all our spaces have been redesigned to maintain social distancing. With a little cooperation from you, we can adhere to all the central and state government guidelines to keep you safe and sound during your trip.
