· Chicken breast (200 gm)
· Oil (20 ml)
· White wine vinegar (20 ml)
· Onions (50 gm)
· Basil (20 gm)
· Red peppers (200 gm)
· Sugar (10 gm)
· Salt (5 gm)
· Marinate the chicken with salt and pepper
· Slice the onions, peppers, and garlic
· In a cooking pan, heat the oil and sauté the onions with sugar and white wine vinegar
· In a separate pan, heat oil and cook the chick till it turns golden brown
· Transfer the chicken into a serving dish, garnish it with sweet peppers, and serve
