Did you know?
Unlike other saltwater fishes found in India, Seabass does not have a strong flavour of its own. It is a white-fleshed fish with succulent, buttery, and juicy meat, making it the perfect fish to experiment with different flavours. It easily soaks up the flavour of the ingredients and spices you use.
Ingredients needed for making Seabass with tomato herb salsa
· Sea Bass fillet (200 gm)
· Tomato concasse (100 gm)
· Tomato and onions – finely diced (50 gm)
· Lemon juice (20 ml)
· Lemon rind (10 gm)
· Tomato sauce (100 gm)
· Garlic (50 gm)
· Pepper (50 gm)
Method for making Seabass with tomato herb salsa
· First, clean and wash the fish. Then marinate the fish with lemon juice, salt, and pepper and keep it aside for about 10-15 minutes.
· While the fish is marinating, prepare the salsa by mixing chopped tomatoes, onions, garlic, tomato sauce, and tomato concasse.
· Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the fish on both sides in butter
