Pattaya Enchanted Us with its Magic | Club Mahindra Member Review

This year has been tough for us, especially for the kids. Stuck at home for most of the year, they were bored out of their minds. As the lockdown was lifting, we thought of taking them on a special holiday to cheer them up. We chose Pattaya, as we had read that there are many things to do in Pattaya with kids. We searched for resorts in Pattaya in the Club Mahindra family and finally selected Woraburi Pattaya. It has many places to visit with family in Pattaya.

The kids were very excited and were eagerly looking forward to our Pattaya holidays. They kept on checking the Pattaya tourism website to check for all the things to do in Pattaya with kids. And the big day finally arrived.

Woraburi Pattaya

Woraburi Resort wowed us at first sight. The kids loved the large pool which was located right in the centre of the resort. Thankfully, they also had a kid’s pool. We had booked a Duplex Family Pool Access room which gave us direct access to the swimming pool! The small balcony outside the room led straight into the pool. We loved it! But the best part was that it had two levels. The kids obviously took the upper level. After settling in, we started looking for fun things to do in Pattaya with kids.

How we enjoyed our vacation

We had five days for a whole lot of things to do in Pattaya with kids. We started our sightseeing with Ripley’s Believe it or Not! museum. It has a wonderful collection of all weird things, including shrunken heads and old torture devices. We enjoyed it all, but the 12D moving theatre was special. We went to the Pattaya Point in the evening to see beautiful views of the city.

Day two started with the adventure ziplining at Flight of the Gibbon. It was thrilling to fly through the rainforest canopy. We spent the afternoon at Underwater World. The kids loved the awesome display of amazing aquatic life. We returned to the hotel in the evening, tired but happy.

The next day we decided to explore an art museum of different kind. The Art in Paradise has a mind-boggling collection of 3D art. The museum allows you to be a part of the artwork! From there we went to the Nong Nooch Tropical Garden, which has restaurants, swimming pools and manicured trees. Our day ended with a beautiful Thai dance performance.

We decided to take it easy on the fourth day. We took a tour of Mini Siam which has small replicas of all famous monuments. We returned to the hotel early as we wanted to see the Thepprasit Night Market. We bought a lot of souvenirs and enjoyed yummy street food.

On our last day in Pattaya we took the kids to Tuxedo Illusion Hall to enjoy cool magic shows. It was a perfect end to our holiday which enchanted us with its own magic.
