The benefits of yoga go far beyond improving flexibility. This 5000-year-old discipline from India is far from being a simple system; its many asanas can keep us away from major health ailments and issues. Yoga can be practiced at any age and its asanas can customized to cater to an individual physical and mental requirement, and this is the beauty of it. It is impossible to find a physical activity that focuses on mental wellness as much as it does on physical health. Yoga is a way of living that aims towards a healthy mind in a healthy body.
