Home to some of the best theme parks in the world, Dubai recently launched the world's tallest swing ride at its Bollywood Park. Swing 460 ft high in the air, only in Dubai. The earlier record for the world’s tallest swing was also with Dubai. The 450 ft tall Orlando Starflyer held the record of being the highest swing ride in the world.
According to the information on the Bollywood Park amusement park’s official website, the ride offers multiple experiences. It will give you all kinds of experiences right from swinging to hand-gliding and rotating to lifting and dropping at different places. The Bollywood SkyFlyer comprises of 12 double seat sets that move around a vast tower.
The website of the amusement park in Dubai says that the unique attraction appeals to young and old alike. It said that sitting in the world’s tallest swing is as much an experience for adventurous as it is for not so adventurous. It took 600 days to create and another 120 days to install the world’s tallest swing. Around 421 tons of steel was used in making and installing the swing ride.
There are many amusement parks in Dubai, and the swing is installed at one of the three parks that make Bollywood Parks. Also, along with the world’s highest swing ride, the amusement park debuted eight other rides. Rides like the Mumbai-themed roller coaster, 180 ft tall Wheel of Stars ferris wheel, an interactive water splash ride, and a circular-motion chariot ride are some of the rides.
